Dr. Melody Vanoy is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Amor X Inc., a leadership strategy and organizational consulting firm that helps organizations navigate complex workforce challenges and build high-performing cultures.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership and consulting experience, Dr. Vanoy has led large-scale initiatives in leadership development, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and culture strategy across healthcare and corporate sectors.

She began her career at the University of Michigan Health System, where she focused on organizational behavior and leadership development, helping leaders strengthen engagement, navigate change, and build more effective teams. She later joined Trinity Health, where she expanded diversity and inclusion strategy across a national system spanning 22 states, supporting leaders in creating more inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

Dr. Vanoy is also the creator of the Make It Make Sense (MIMS)™ Leadership Framework, a strategic model designed to help organizations simplify complex leadership challenges and align culture, strategy, and performance.

In addition to her professional work, Dr. Vanoy is deeply committed to service and global engagement. She has participated in the Global Health Ministry in Peru, where she served as part of a visiting medical team providing clinical and social health services to underserved communities.

She holds a PhD in Organization and Management, with research focused on bias outcomes in diversity education, an MBA in Global Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History.
